GARMIN VIVOACTIVE 4

In IFA 2019, Garmin has promoted Vivoactive 4 device besides Venu. The device has been designed particularly to track activities such as cardio and yoga, and supports more than 40 exercise variations. The watch can track heart rate, GPS and activities. “Garmin Body Battery” which allows evaluating the energy levels of the body is also included. This feature provides the user with notifications when to exercise and when to rest.

Vivoactive can track sleep and breathing to help relaxation as well as promising to offer smartphone notifications, music downloads and play and 8-day battery life with a single battery. There is also a variant model entitled Vivoactive 4S. Garmin Vivoactive 4 has been on the market with a price tag of $349 since September.
