Fabergé Launches Hılal Crescent Collectıon

Fabergé, the world’s most iconic artist jeweller, is shining a light on the latest additions to the Crescent collection. Comprising of Pendant, Earrings and Ring, the capsule collection has been named Hilal, after the Arabic term for crescent moon. The trio of elegant accessories bring both beauty and spiritual guidance to its wearer.

The crescent moon and its constant companion, the star, have always held a certain ethereal allure, from being spiritually relevant across faiths and cultures throughout the ages to appearing in today’s A-list Instagram posts. Their partnership within jewellery is not something new; the two celestial icons were often featured together in Victorian brooches, frequently given as a token of affection: a way of romantically proclaiming “I love you to the moon and back.”

The crescent moon remains prominent in Islamic iconography – as a source of spiritual guidance and symbolising everything from hope and the passage of time, to fertility, birth and womanhood.

Fabergé is delighted to introduce its latest iconic Hilal Crescent collection, inspired by the moon and stars which bind us all together. Hand crafted from 18k yellow gold with Fabergé’s iconic decorative fluting, each crescent moon is complemented by glistening pavé set diamonds and a beautiful star featuring a Gemfields Zambian emerald, responsibly sourced from the Kagem mine in Zambia.

Gemfields is a world-leading supplier of responsibly sourced coloured gemstones. Gemfields believes that those who mine gemstones should do so with transparency, legitimacy and integrity. This endeavour is coupled with a strong belief that coloured gemstones should create a positive impact for the country and community from which they originate.

The romantic message is inherent in this special collection; emeralds have always been associated with eternity, the heart and the renewal of love, making them the perfect gemstone for these beautiful pieces, alongside the timeless elegance of diamonds. It’s the perfect token of love to give the one you call ‘Ya Amar’.
