Bvlgarı Weaves a Dıamond Symphony for Parıs Haute Couture Week
In a stunning tribute to the art of high dressmaking, Bvlgari has introduced a brilliant new extension to its Eclettica high jewelry collection. Presented in Paris, the 26-piece, all-diamond capsule collection sees the Roman Maison transforming pristine gemstones and precious metals into fluid, textile-inspired masterpieces.
Foregoing static mounts, Bvlgari’s designers modeled the pieces on tailor’s dummies to achieve the supple drape of actual fabric. Highlights of the capsule include the Gabarit en Ajour, a pink gold homage to filet lace featuring 185 flexible, diamond-paved elements. The Mélange Précieux elevates the craft further, utilizing a 200-module platinum mesh akin to macramé to suspend a flawless 6.20-carat centerpiece diamond.
The Maison’s heritage shines through the Serpenti de Tulle, where the brand’s iconic snake motif is rendered in 350 white gold links to mimic airy Burano lace. Rounding out the collection is the Dentelle Lumineuse parure, a bobbin lace-inspired suite featuring a 475-element choker dripping with over 8 carats of significant diamonds, accompanied by matching pieces that bring the set’s total beyond 21 carats.
