The jewelry brand was launched by 25 years old Spanish woman Adriana Manso last year. Then she worked at the Liceu Opera House in Barcelona:

“My grandmother loved plastic jewels and bijouterie – even if she could afford expensive products, she would never trade her treasures for them. Grandma always looked so elegant and glamorous.”

Manso decided to take a chance and, after studying her grandmother’s collection, began experimenting with ring designs from the era of the 1990s. Having decided on the appearance, Adriana began to give her products funny names in the spirit – My Ex’s Funeral and Last Minute VIP. In April 2019, she got the idea to give the buyer latex gloves as a gift.

Adriana often receives negative comments on Instagram and criticism for the use of plastic. But she isn’t going to change the material. “The planet isn’t destroyed by plastic, but by ourselves. I really hope that no one will throw my rings into the ocean” replies Manso.
