This season, the Bvlgari brand decided to make an internal mini-revolution and launched the first women’s watch model within the Octo collection – the Octo Roma Tourbillon Lumière. For the first time, the watch case is equipped with a precious openwork in-house movement with a tourbillon. For the Bvlgari Octo Roma Team, Tourbillon Lumière is a way to blur the boundaries between watchmaking and jewellery.

The process of creating the mechanism was completed with painstaking manual decoration. The openwork white gold dial is reminiscent of fine sparkling lace that allows light to pass through. Responsible for the shine are 239 baguette-cut diamonds inlaid in the case, and sapphires set on a white gold arc scale as hour markers. The unique watch is released in a limited edition of 30 pieces so that only true connoisseurs of fine watchmaking can get it.
