Milanese jewellery brand, Pomellato is celebrating its latest collaboration with Harrods in London – an immersive pop-up experience – with the creation of an exclusive capsule collection.

Pomellato is bringing chic Milanese style to London’s most luxurious department store from 16 June to 19 July 2023 via five dedicated main windows facing Brompton Road. To commemorate the collaboration, Pomellato has designed a new emerald Catene capsule collection exclusively for the luxury retailer.

The pop-up – entitled From Milan to Harrods – takes visitors on a voyage through Pomellato’s Milanese craftsmanship, values and aesthetic. The client’s journey begins with a window teaser, which echoes the emblematic colour aesthetics of the brand. Inside, the immersive experience is divided into three rooms: the Galleria, Craftsmanship, and Theatre. Each room has been inspired by Milan’s architecture, savoir-faire, and elegance.

In the luminous Galleria, guests are invited to discover some of Pomellato’s most iconic collections, including Iconica, Sabbia, and Pomellato Together.

In the next room, Craftsmanship takes visitors behind-the-scenes of the handcrafting process involved in all Pomellato creations – including a display of the raw materials and tools used by the jeweller’s in-house goldsmiths, and details of how they create the House’s signature Nudo jewels.

Inspired by Teatro alla Scala – with its rich textures, golds and careful lighting – the last room, Theatre, enjoys a modern twist, serving as the perfect backdrop for the one-of-a-kind high jewellery creations presented by the brand.

Celebrating the joining of the brand with Harrods for this unique immersive pop-up experience, Pomellato’s master goldsmiths handcrafted the exclusive, colour-rich Catene capsule collection, including: a ‘knot’ ring, chain-link earrings, two chain bracelets, and a necklace – each in pavé emeralds and rose gold.

Setting every gemstone by hand to create the breath-taking shimmer that the collection has become known for, the special Catene collection is a contemporary and glamorous take on the gourmette chain – a signature of the Milanese jeweller.
