Elıe Saab showed Fall/Winter 2021 collectıon ın PFW
For designer Elie Saab and his team, 2020 has been a challenging year indeed. The cancellation of all social events was followed by a national tragedy: in the Beirut, Lebanese capital, an explosion thundered in August, which led to an incredible number of victims and the destruction of the city.
The fashion designer lost his house and studio, but he couldn’t stop working: several dozen employees work for him in need of a livelihood. Therefore, Elie Saab in spite of all the circumstances, again at Paris Fashion Week show luxurious dresses, pantsuits and jumpsuits that amaze the imagination.
The fall/winter collection combines the incongruous – otherwise, how can courage and softness, structure and spontaneity, wild disposition and tenderness coexist in one image. Leather dress with a perforated top, a snow-white trouser suit with a fitted jacket in the style of the 80s, a velvet jumpsuit with a crystal net decor and a dusty pink outfit with a cape decorated with feathers.
