De Beers ıntroduces ReSet Collectıve project

De Beers Group has partnered with model, Indira Scott, to reveal a collection of pendants made with natural diamonds created for charity under an initiative known as the ReSet Collective.

Sotheby’s will sell five natural-diamond pendants created for De Beers’ new ReSet, with the proceeds going to charity, the auction house.

The ReSet Collective pendants were designed by five leading U.S. jewelry designers: Jade Trau, Jennie Kwon, Julez Bryant, Sara Weinstock and Zoë Chicco, who share a passion for natural diamonds and sustainable sourcing. Their pieces, four of which use a rough diamond mined in Botswana, offer a perspective on the positive impacts of De Beers’ natural diamonds for the people and places where they are discovered.

Model Indira Scott will wear the pendants as the face of the miner’s campaign, with each piece carrying a presale price estimate of $20,000 to $25,000.

Bidding for the sale will take place between December 10 and 17, with earnings from the auction benefiting Stepping Stones International, which aids vulnerable children and youth in Botswana, and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in the US.
