Cartıer Juste un Clou Collectıon Replenıshed with Mono Earrıng
The French jewelry and watch house Cartier this month has expanded its Juste un Clou collection with a single twisted earring in 18K yellow gold. The history of this series began back in 1971, in New York. Then Cartier designer Aldo Cipullo created the first Juste un Clou bracelet. Later, his concept served as inspiration for an entire collection, which included pendants, earrings and brooches.
In 2012, the line was resumed – new bracelets and rings began to appear. Since then, the Cartier “nail” has acquired a variety of interpretations: it has become a pendant, hoop earrings, and a double bracelet.
The new jewelry is slightly larger than the previous earrings and is, therefore, closer to the agender aesthetics, which makes it more versatile. The Juste un Clou mono-earring is not enough to “make” almost any look – it will perfectly fit into the trend for eye-catching earrings of 2021.
