The gırl who created the stars – Graff Trıbal collectıon

British jewelry brand Graff has chosen to launch a new Tribal collection. In creating it, the brand’s designers turned to ancient folk tale of the Bushmen (indigenous South African peoples) with the poetic title ” The girl who created the stars “. The celestial bodies, about which she talks, have fascinated and guided people from ancient times both at night and during the day.

So the main motive of the Graff collection is the gate – the image of frozen time. And the visiting card is a symbol of a new dawn, the appearance of a solar disk that floods the world with light and fills it with energy. The sun found its reflection in yellow diamonds. Laurence Graff, the founder of the brand, once introduced fashion to just such fancy stones. The third main motif of the collection is the night moon – a chiseled crescent made of clusters of round and pavé diamonds.

Ancient gifts from the Earth, primordial and powerful, the sensual lines of two remarkable high jewellery creations in the Tribal collection embrace an incredible collection of emeralds – breathtakingly vivid, astonishingly rare.

The shooting of the collection was arranged to match, having gone to the Atlantis Dunes in South Africa. The jewelry was tried on by Portuguese supermodel Sara Sampaio and captured by fashion photographer Mikael Jansson.
