The first masterpiece, the high Jewellery Lady Arabesque secret watch, is designed as a set with the Lady Arabesque necklace. This jewelry is exquisitely crafted in the Bulgari High Jewellery Atelier in Rome. This watch is crafted in pink gold with a single round rubellite measuring just under 12 carats, nearly 30 carats of pink sapphires, Paraiba tourmalines, emeralds, and some 13 carats of variously cut and pave set diamonds.
The Octo Roma Arabesque follows a similar aesthetic, embellishing the 40mm case with a baroque embroidery of pink sapphires, tourmalines, emeralds and diamonds. It looks different the piece of minimalism and maximalism and a triumph of technical expertise.
Baroque’s iconic aesthetic, defined by sinuous lines, voluptuous shapes, and unpredictable fascination, is revisited through the Serpenti Misteriosi High Jewellery Baroque Pearls secret watch. Amazing piece from the Barocko collection, set with emeralds, Akoya pearls and diamonds. Chosen and matched for consistent colour and size, the pearls alternate with diamond set rings to demarcate the piece and align with the iconic Serpenti aesthetic.
The Serpenti Misteriosi Intrecciati Sapphires combines a double-headed snake with a beaded bracelet, creating a comfortable yet luxurious design that wraps around the wrist beautifully. Crafted in 18k rose gold, the watch features two linked Serpenti snakeheads, one of which houses the watch dial and mechanism inside its mouth. Set on a bracelet made with 426 sapphire beads totalling more than 100 carats.
This year, a new malachite version of the Octo Roma Tourbillon Sapphire debuts with a limited edition of 30 pieces. The watch brings this aesthetic to men’s timepieces through the introduction of watches using hard stones such as malachite, jade and lapis lazuli. These pieces represent the latest development in Bulgari’s role as the jeweller of time.
