The $ 2.9 million 3D printed solid gold “Bagel” by designer Tim Bengel was unveiled at Berlin Art Week. The artist began the process with a real chopped pumpkin bagel, five tomato slices, five onion rings, five avocado slices, and ten arugula leaves. He then 3D printed the ingredients using liquid gold. This Bagel weighs over 26 pounds and comes in a display case.
