the IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show has opened its doors for the 59th time

Celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, the IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show officially opened on Wednesday, April 1st. Organized for the 59th time by Informa Markets, and sponsored by Elmas Kule, the fair hosts more than 1,300 companies and brands from 15 different countries. The event, held at the Istanbul Expo Center, is expected to welcome nearly 30,000 industry professionals from over 125 countries, including Türkiye.

As one of the world’s top five jewelry exhibitions, the IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show showcases all the latest innovations in the jewelry industry—from million-lira sets to dazzling gold jewelry, sparkling diamonds, and newly unveiled 2026/2027 designs. The four-day fair will remain open to industry professionals until the evening of Saturday, April 4.

Since 1986, the IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show has offered unique business and trade opportunities for jewelry professionals from Eastern Europe to the Balkans, from Russia to North Africa, and from CIS countries to the Middle East. The IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show, where the heart of the jewelry world beats, also hosts an inspiring event for the sector. Supported by the Jewelry Exporters’ Association and IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show, the eighth “Art for Jewellery: Inspiration Hub” live event area will host discussions on the future of the jewelry industry throughout the fair.

The seminar program, themed “The Future of the Jewelry Industry: Trends, Ethical Practices, and Digital Strategies,” covers a wide range of topics—from global competition strategies and communication trends to WGSN’s 2026/2027 forecasts and AI-powered design innovations.

Innovations Behind Jewelry Production Showcased in the Machine Hall

At the IJS Tech area—known as the “Machinery Hall”—of the IJS Istanbul Jewelry Show, which is hosting the international jewelry industry for the 59th time, visitors can explore innovations in jewelry production. These include casting machines, laser technologies, 3D printing and modeling systems, automatic stone-setting and assembly machines, CNC machining centers, coating and polishing machines, as well as quality control and testing devices, software, e-commerce solutions, packaging, and display equipment.
